Registered Investment Advisors are licensed by SEBI to give advice in securities and investment products. RIA works only in partnership with you and does not represent any other financial entity.

MFD/Insurance agents can only suggest or give advice incidental to their work area. They are not allowed to give comprehensive advice across investment products. They represent product manufacturers and may be driven by sales targets and commissions. RIAs, on the other hand, can advise on a range of products and act as fiduciary. We do not get or solicit any commission for advising any product.

We charge fees from the client for our objective advice – this is our main source of revenue. This is similar to the consultation fees that you pay to a doctor.

While you might not see a separate fee component when you make investments through intermediaries, there is no such thing as a free lunch! There are in-built commissions and charges in the products that are deducted from your investment amount. Whereas RIAs are authorized to give financial advice and get no other benefit other than the client fees. We inherently provide the most suited products with the best features and optimized solutions with minimum charges – with absolutely no commissions.

No, we do not have a preference for a specific product or company. Our product recommendations are customized as per your specific requirement and fit.

The license to render advice on investment products and securities is a first step, the most important aspect of our relationship is Trust. We charge fees in line with expected man-hour of efforts and skills utilization to deliver effective solutions. Our ONE range of Solutions have fee slabs from Rs 5000 to Rs 25000 depending upon the service requirements. Our FREEDOM Plan fees are either charged fixed fees or as a Percentage of Assets under Advisory (AUA), depending upon the quantum of effort for managing them.

From 2nd Year onwards, Freedom plans under fixed fee model are usually charged at 70% of the prevailing annual rates. If there is any significant change in the Client service requirements or other conditions, it will be evaluated accordingly. For ONE plan options, as its for single time frame, renewal is not applicable. Clients can upgrade to Freedom plans while plan is active.

We do not have defined portfolio values for advice. Still, our solutions would be the best suited for Professionals like Medical Practitioners, Technocrats, Engineers et al. As also for Government employees, Middle management and Higher executives, entrepreneurs of start-ups, NRIs, and Promoters and Directors of limited companies.

Yes, we evaluate and advise you on your existing investments. We can also help in the implementation, basis your service plan selection.

Yes. Service plans are designed with this flexibility. You can select either advice-only or both advice and implementation. Some products will be guided by us but will be invested from the concerned financial product providers.

We do not offer advice on Commodity & Currency as trading instruments. We further do not provide any off the counter tips on stocks or similar investment options for short term/intraday trading purpose. If any incident of tips being circulated under our brand name is found, kindly contact us urgently to bring it to our attention.

We will start with an initial contact through any of the telephonic or digital communication routes. Once a fit is established and a solution option is decided with the applicable terms and conditions, KYC process is undertaken. Fee payment is to be done in advance or as agreed. Personal and financial details are collected as required. A risk profile assessment is undertaken to chart out further planning on the investment advice and decide asset mix. Basis the services and products subscribed; financial plan, investments strategy, asset allocation and review are undertaken.

Yes. Based on a detailed discussion and understanding of your life situation, various factors like risk-taking ability, your understanding of various asset classes, et al will be taken into account. Investment advice will be customized and personalized to suit your specific financial goals.

No, that is not a requirement. There is complete flexibility – we work as a Digital and Phygital (Physical + digital) practice, as required.

No. The ownership of funds will, at all times, stay with you. We will help in the implementation of the investments. Monetary transactions flow will always be directly between your accounts and investment products.
